These terms apply to enquiries made through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email, and to chauffeur-driven trips arranged with Mo Yatry. Mo Yatry is based at Nurudihi, P.O. Astia, Baripada, Odisha 757049. Legal business name: to be confirmed.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry asks us to check availability and prepare a quotation. It does not reserve a vehicle or create a booking.
Your quotation is based on the details you give us: route, dates, timings, passengers, luggage and vehicle category. If those details change, the quotation may change too. Quotations are valid for a period Mo Yatry confirms.
3. Confirming a booking
A trip is booked only when you accept the quotation and we confirm the booking to you. Mo Yatry to confirm how bookings are confirmed (for example, by WhatsApp message) and whether an advance payment is required.
4. Fares and charges
Your quotation will explain how the fare is worked out and list any charges that apply to your trip. Only charges listed in your quotation apply. Mo Yatry to confirm the pricing basis and which of the following may apply: minimum distance or fare, tolls, parking, state permits, driver allowance, night charges, waiting time, return or empty-return distance, and taxes.
5. Payment

Vehicle models shown on this website are examples of each category. The exact vehicle depends on availability and is confirmed with your quotation. Every trip includes a driver.

7. Passengers and luggage
Please tell us the correct number of passengers and the luggage you're bringing, so we can suggest a suitable vehicle. For everyone's safety, a vehicle can't carry more passengers than it is designed for.
